Reasonable massage and happy ending - I would consider going back

I parked up on nearby residential street, no issues as it was quiet with no curtain twitchers. I arrived on time and was led into one of the rear rooms. She asked if I'd been there before, to which I answered "yes a few times". The lady who led me in was an older Thai woman, friendly enough; but she was not going to be doing the massage. I'd asked for Kim when making the booking as I'd heard good things about her, thankfully she was available.
I undressed and laid on the table. Kim didn't take long on entering and asked what type of massage I wanted. Kim is an average height Thai lady, maybe 35-40 years old - a very tight package with an excellent body, maybe a size 10. She has enhanced perky breasts that I would've loved to suck on - but no such luck. I was stiff as usual, so asked for back and legs massage.
She offered a fairly decent massage, not too firm though; She worked on my upper back, lower back, a little on the shoulders and then onto my legs. Kim was friendly-ish throughout, although you can catch her on an off day, if you know what I mean.
After the OK-ish massage, she asked if I was interested in any extras. Body-to-body was offered and a happy ending - I only had the £20 for the happy ending. I think she asked for £60 for body-to-body. So, onto the oily happy ending, an old favourite of mine. Sadly she wouldn't allow any touching during the happy ending though - but it was a nice release into the hands of an attractive lady.
But for me she could've been friendlier, but mustn't grumble, as they say! I would consider going back, although I'm not sure if there is anybody else worth seeing at Pim Zen Spa other than Kim?
