After seeing a review (or so I thought) for Lisa, I thought I'd give them a try again (went once before, last year and it was just Amanda and I wasn't overly impressed). I gave her the extras money and left. I'm still unsure where I got the review for "Lisa" from, but it sounds like a totally different woman to the one I saw. I did wonder if, because I was late, I drew the short straw and it wasn't Lisa at all - who knows. I'll stick to Healing Hands in future!
